How many people can use this certificate?
When you buy a Cruise Certificate, you are reserving a double occupancy stateroom — you and your guest must sail on the same date. If you are purchasing this certificate as a gift, the booking party and their guest must sail on the same date.
When do I have to book my cruise?
You can book your cruise any time between Now and December 15th 2025. Buying a Cruise Certificate does not automatically reserve your sailing dates. You must call 1.800.814.7100 with your Certificate number to finalize your booking once you’ve selected a date.
How long do I have to use my Certificate?
You can book your cruise using the Certificate any time during 2025. Bookings must be completed and confirmed at least 7 days prior to sailing.
Can I buy a Cruise Certificate for someone else?
Yes! You can gift a Cruise Certificate to a friend and their guest. You will receive copies of each Cruise Certificate as soon as you’ve purchased. Just print and gift or forward the confirmation to your gift recipient.
When do I need to speak with a Travel Specialist?
We recommend speaking with a travel specialist as soon as you are ready to book your cruise. Some popular dates do sell out fast, and Ocean View cabins may not always be available for your preferred date, so we recommend booking as soon as know when you want to sail with us. Our specialists will help you pick a sailing date that works for both you and your guest so you can enjoy all the cruise has to offer.

Can I add a third or fourth guest to my reservation?
Absolutely! Paradise is always better when sailing together. Just ask your travel advisor for the currently available rates for additional guests, and they will be happy to assist you.
What if I want to sail on a blackout date?
No problem! Everyone deserves a chance to disconnect and escape. The value of the retail certificate. you purchased can be credited toward any date or sailing you choose, even blackout dates. Availability on specific dates may be limited and subject to prevailing retail rates and consumer direct promotional rates.
Can I upgrade my cruise by adding on additional beverage or dining packages?
Yes, yes, and yes! You are welcome to add those items with your Travel Specialist at the time of reservation or, once your reservation is complete, you can grab your Booking ID and head over to Cruise Control, our online cruise management portal. Once logged into Cruise Control, you can explore and purchase all the stateroom upgrades and packages available for your cruise, any time before you set sail.
